This is an all level barre class. Barre classes are designed to help each student challenge their own fitness level. Classes use combinations of low impact movements with high repetitive techniques which are proven for building strong, lean sleek muscles.

This 60 min class begins at 10:30 AM  - Available both LIVE and Virtually

Intensity can be set by the individual student, making these workout perfect for all fitness levels. Weight, tension, reps and depth are all adjustable making your workout harder or easier.Whether you're a seasoned barre pro or a newbie, this class is for you.
