Ideal for beginners, the extended holds allow ample time to explore each pose without rapid transitions. The class concludes with a 15-minute Yoga Nidra session, a deep meditative sleep providing relaxation equivalent to 3 hours of restful sleep.
Props like a bolster, 2 blocks, a strap, and a blanket or pillow may be used but are not mandatory.
