Terms of Refund Policy for Bending Light Yoga:

At Bending Light Yoga, we value our students’ satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Non-refundable Classes and Packages: All yoga classes and packages purchased at Bending Light Yoga are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This includes individual classes and bundled packages.

Exceptions: a. Medical Reasons: We understand that unforeseen medical conditions may prevent you from attending classes. In such cases, we offer a 100% refund or the option to refund the difference for unused classes upon presentation of valid medical documentation indicating that exercise cannot be undertaken. Transfer of Packages: If you are relocating, you may transfer your remaining classes from your package to another person. Please notify us in advance to facilitate the transfer process.

Memberships:

Cancellation: Memberships can be canceled with a written notice provided 30 days in advance. Once the cancellation notice is received, the membership will be terminated, and no further charges will be incurred.

Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchase a class or package or make an error in your purchase, please contact the studio within 10 days of the purchase date for a full refund. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation Notice: a. Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund for the booked class.

No Show Policy:

1. Failure to cancel a booked class prior to the 12-hour notice period will result in forfeiture of the class fee. No refund or credit will be issued unless the following condition is met:

2. Waitlist Replacement: If someone from the waitlist claims the available spot due to your cancellation, you will receive a credit for the booked class.

Medical Emergencies: a. In case of a documented medical emergency preventing attendance, a full credit for the booked class will be issued upon presentation of valid medical documentation.

Late Arrivals:

Students who arrive late to a class may not be admitted, and the class fee will be forfeited. Please arrive on time to ensure you can participate fully in the class.

Terms of Refund for Private Parties and Private Yoga Sessions at Bending Light Yoga:

In addition to the standard refund policies outlined previously, please note the following terms specific to private parties and private yoga sessions:

Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 24-hour notice of cancellation for private parties and private yoga sessions to receive a full refund.

Late Cancellations: a. Failure to cancel a private party or private yoga session within the specified 24-hour notice period will result in the client being charged for the entire time slot booked.

Late Arrivals:

1. Clients who arrive late for their scheduled private session will still be charged for the entire time slot booked.

2. Late arrival may result in a reduced session duration. For example, if a client books a one-hour session but arrives 30 minutes late, they will only receive the remaining time allotted for the session.

Refunds for Medical Emergencies: In the case of a documented medical emergency preventing attendance at a private party or private yoga session, a full refund or credit will be issued upon presentation of valid medical documentation.
